► In order to insure their quick and healthy arrival, all plants ship Monday through Wednesday. To prevent root damage, plants are shipped in their pots.

► 30 DAY AIR PLANT GUARANTEE: If your plants die within 30 days of arrival we will refund your money or replace them at no cost to you. No returns necessary. 

► 14 DAY POTTED PLANT GUARANTEE: If your plants die within 14 days of arrival we will refund your money or replace them at no cost to you. No returns necessary.

We recommend adding a heat pack to your order if transit will be through areas experiencing temperatures below 45 degrees Fahrenheit. If live plants will be traveling through cold areas and a heat pack is not included in the order, we will not ship until temperatures warm.
