The Mother Fern (Hen and Chickens Fern) earned its nickname because of the feathery appearance of its foliage. This plant has bright green leaves that eventually drop bulbs to the ground that grows new ferns. The Mother Fern prefers indirect sunlight and medium water.

We recommend adding a heat pack to your order if transit will be through areas experiencing temperatures below 45 degrees Fahrenheit. If live plants will be traveling through cold areas and a heat pack is not included in the order, we will not ship until temperatures warm.
