The Rattlesnake Calathea, or Calathea Lancifolia, is one of the easier to care for Calatheas. These beautiful plants have glossy green leaves with purple undersides. They prefer medium light and a well drained, moist soil. For best growth results, place them in a room that gets good light but away from the window, although they can handle low light.
